Waterford is a deed restricted community of approximately 640 homes physically located at the north end of Capri Isles Boulevard and just minutes to the beach. Deed restrictions and the Architectural Control Committee help maintain the community in pristine condition which in turn maintains property values. The Waterford Master Owners Association employs a management company to oversee day to day operations.
The Waterford Golf Club is a championship golf course offering 27 holes of challenging golf and many of the homes abut the course and offer exquisite views. Living in Waterford does not require any subsidies of the golf course or golf lifestyle. Waterford offers three and four bedroom homes, most with pools, as well as maintenance-free villas. Although there are very few rentals, they are allowed for a minimum of three months.
Waterford is amenity rich with a geothermal heated and cooled community pool, four Har-Tru tennis courts, and the Waterford Sports Club which offers fitness equipment, and is equipped for the myriad of social activities and events which occur year round.
